व्यायाम के लाभ – Health Benefits of Exercise

Jis prakar manav jiwan ke liye vayu, jal aur bhojan ki jarurat hai aur inke bina manav jiwav nahi rah sakta, isi prakar vyayam bhi manav jiwan ke liye param avashyak hai.

Vyayam se sharir healthy aur sudaul ban jata hai. Vyayam se mastishk ka vikas hota hai, kyonki swasthya sharir me hi swasthya mastishk ka nivas hota hai. Pratyek ang sudaul hokar apna kam sucharu dhang se karta hai.

Vyayam anek prakar se kiya jata hai. Dand pelna. Mugdar, Mugli ferna, Kusti ladna, Khel khelna, Kabaddi, Sair karna adi anek prakar ke vyayam hai, parantu jo vyayam dheere-dheere ho, vahi sarvottam hai.
Niyam se prati din vyayam karna fayde mand hota hai. Vyayam apni shakti se badkar kabhi nahi karna chahiye. thakawat anubhav hone par vyayam chhod dena chahiye.
