  • Raat ko khana kam ya halka khaye. Bhojan me kuch matra me desi ghee ko jarur shamil kare. Sath hi ap soup ka bhi sevan kare. Aisa karne se digestive system par kisi bhi prakar ka pressure nahi padta hai aur bhukh bhi kam lagti hai. Apko achar, namkeen aur teekhe padartho ka sevan nahi karna chahiye.
  • Kuch mahilayo ko nakhoon chabane ki adat hoti hai. Aisa na kare kyonki isse pet me infection hone ka khatra rahta hai.
  • Dudh e sath ek chammach kesar milakar jarur piye.
  • Garbh ke dauran mahilayo ko danto aur masudo ki samasya hone lagti hai. Aise me masudo aur danto ki sehat ko thik rakhne ke liye jabde ko puri tarah se kholkar band kare. Yani jabdo ka vyayam kare. Aisa 20 se 30 baar kare.
  • Talvo par jalan hone par desi ghee se massage kare.
  • Gungune pani ko muh me 40 se 50 seconds tak rakhe. Aisa karne se ap tonsil aur gale sambandhi rogo se bach sakti hai.
  • Jukam hone par tulsi ke powder ko sunghe.
  • garbh ke pahle 3 mahine me ubkau wali pareshani ko dur karne ke liye amla aur sonth ka sevan jarur kare.
  • Ankho me jalan ya dard hone par ek cup me thoda thanda pani dale aur uske upar se ek drop lavender oil dale. Ab usme rui bhigokar apni ankho ke upar lagaye. Apko aram milega.
